Arrive at Port Elizabeth Airport, where a local representative welcomes the group and assists with the transfer to Kariega Game Reserve. As the road leads into the Eastern Cape, the journey begins with a shift in pace, inviting travelers to notice the landscape, listen deeply, and settle into safari country.

Life on Safari 

Spend a full day at Kariega Game Reserve, surrounded by the rhythms of the bush and the beauty of South Africa’s Eastern Cape. DAY 4 • September 29, 2027

Coastlines and Forests 

Leave Kariega and travel toward the Garden Route, where the scenery shifts from safari landscapes to coastal forests and dramatic viewpoints. Visit Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve and Bloukrans, places where sea, sky, and rugged terrain meet, before continuing to Plettenberg Bay for a restful evening along the coast.

Stories of the Forest
