Hosted by food writer and storyteller Marshall King, the journey brings together exceptional dining, distinctive accommodations, and personal encounters with the chefs, growers, winemakers, and artisans shaping the region's food culture. 

From Copenhagen's celebrated culinary scene to the farms and estates of the Danish countryside, the landscapes and traditions of southern Sweden, and Stockholm's waterfront travelers experience time-honored food rituals, contemporary Nordic cuisine, sustainability, and the people shaping how Scandinavians eat today.
