Richard and Diane became the owners of TourMagination in the fall of 2024. United by their love of cross-cultural travel and genuine hospitality, they bring both heart and experience to leading and growing the company.
Rooted in their Mennonite upbringing, Richard and Diane share a deep appreciation for faith, heritage, and storytelling—and a passion for helping travelers connect with their own cultural stories. Their family’s two and a half years in Memphis, Tennessee, along with many travel adventures over the years, have given them a rich perspective on the beauty of global community and connection.
Richard brings extensive experience in business and agricultural supply chains and currently serves as a Board Director at Providence University College & Theological Seminary. He enjoys outdoor adventures and serving on his church’s worship music team.
Diane’s background is in education, and she is the founder of Prairie Relocation—a company that provides curated relocation and settlement services for people moving to Manitoba. She finds joy in time spent with family, long walks with friends, and extending hospitality to others.
Together, Richard and Diane have three adult children, a daughter-in-law, and a son-in-law. They are passionate about carrying forward TourMagination’s legacy of creating purposeful travel experiences—journeys rooted in faith and meaningful stories that continue to inspire long after returning home.
