For Diane, life has always been about people and the stories they carry. Together with her husband, Richard, she is the co-owner of TourMagination, where they believe that travel is about far more than seeing beautiful places. It is about slowing down, sharing meals, listening to stories, and discovering the people and traditions that make each destination unique.
Diane's career began in the classroom as a teacher, but the years spent raising her family became one of the most meaningful seasons of her life. She and Richard have a daughter, two sons, and two wonderful in-laws, and few things bring Diane more joy than having everyone together, whether around the dinner table, on a family bike ride, at the lake, or simply enjoying one another's company.
Her passion for welcoming others led Diane to found Prairie Relocation, a company dedicated to helping individuals and families from around the world settle into life in Manitoba. It became another expression of what she has always loved: helping people feel at home and belong.
Along the way, Diane has been blessed with friendships that have become one of life's greatest gifts. She values the people who have shared life's joys and challenges with her and believes that some of life's richest moments are found in unhurried conversations, long walks, shared meals, and time spent together.
When Diane travels, she is drawn to the everyday experiences that reveal the heart of a place. She loves exploring local markets, finding the perfect little shop tucked down a side street, discovering the history behind a destination, and soaking in the traditions that make each place unique.
Whether at home in Winnipeg or exploring somewhere new, Diane believes life’s richest moments are shared with others. She hopes that those who travel with TourMagination return home not only with wonderful memories of the places they have visited, but also with lasting friendships, meaningful moments, and stories they will carry long after the journey has ended.
