Itinerary*

Day 1: Visit the Kauffman Museum and the Mennonite Library and Archives at Bethel College. Learn about the Mennonites settling in Kansas and perhaps even learn more about your family history. Explore the area, visiting some of the many Mennonite sites or some of the other suggested local attractions. Or settle into your hotel early for some relaxation and enjoy the on-site amenities. Be sure to enjoy a filling meal at one of the local restaurants.

Day 2: Take a tour of the surrounding countryside with stops at historical cemeteries, historical churches, and remnants of Russian Mennonite village streets. Enjoy a home-cooked meal with a local Mennonite family.

Day 3: Today is a free day to enjoy some more local experiences before heading home. You could visit the Mennonite Heritage and Agricultural Museum or perhaps you want to go for a hike or visit some of the local shops and markets. Depart for home or extend your stay to explore more local options.
