COVID-19 Update: Re-Registration Process

Thank you for your patience as we determine the best course of action for rescheduling tours that have been postponed due to COVID-19. To comply with travel restrictions and social distancing recommendations from the World Health Organization and the governments of many countries around the world, TourMagination has postponed all tours departing before June 30, 2020. All participants on these tours, have been individually notified.

We have begun the process of rescheduling these tours, and we appreciate your patience as we work on these details. This process takes time as we deal with other countries and their closures and restrictions. When we have information available for your specific tour, we will contact you directly with a link to our new RE-registration form.. You will be asked to provide the following information:

  1. Which tour your have previously registered for that has been postponed.
  2. Which tour you will transfer your funds to.
  3. Any of your personal information that has changed since your original registration.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRANSFER YOUR FUNDS TO ANOTHER TOUR. ANY PREVIOUS EMAILS OR COMMUNICATIONS ARE NOT DOCUMENTED TO RE-DIRECT YOUR FUNDS

As you know, TourMagination is offering a FULL credit for funds paid, to be applied towards ANY future tour, according to availability. If you choose to decline the tour credit, you can make a claim with your insurance company (please be aware: the insurance companies that we are associated with, Manulife and CSA, do NOT provide coverage if a credit has been declined). Please let us know if your insurance claim is successful. If you would like more information regarding updating your insurance policy to cover your new tour dates, you can visit https://www.tourmagination.com/covid-19-travelandinsurance/.

A reminder that our regular cancellation policy does NOT apply in this pandemic situation due to circumstances beyond our control including cancelled flights, border closures, and shutdowns of restaurants and hotels in the countries we planned to visit. These circumstances constitute an “irregularity” as referred to at the bottom of your invoice under “Responsibility”. For more information about our Cancellation Policy in regards to COVID-19, you can visit https://www.tourmagination.com/covid-19-information-and-faqs/.
