*All rates are based on Double occupancy. Single cabins available on a limited basis in Categories 1-7 at no additional cost.

What do “Double Occupancy” and “Single Supplement” mean for my tour fare?

Important note: Costs could increase if you sign up less than 90 days before a tour begins

Fare includes:

• Accommodations onboard ship
• All shipboard meals
• Applicable taxes and port fees
• Administration fee
• Complimentary expedition jacket
• Contribution to Adventure Canada’s Discovery Fund
• Special access permits, entry and park fees
• Team of expedition staff
• Guided activities
• Sightseeing and community visits
• All Zodiac excursions
• Education program
• Nikon Camera Trial Program
• Interactive workshops
• Evening entertainment

Fare excludes:

• Commercial and charter flights
• Program enhancements/ optional excursions
• TourMagination escort
• Gratuities
• Personal expenses
• Additional expenses in case of delays or itinerary changes
• Possible fuel surcharges
• Pre & Post trip hotel accommodation and applicable admin fees
• Mandatory medical evacuation insurance
• Trip cancellation/interruption insurance

Insurance

Travel medical evacuation insurance is mandatory. Trip cancellation/interruption insurance is not mandatory but  highly recommended.

Payments

All rates shown are in effect at time of printing (July 2020). Although every effort is made to maintain the prices as established, TourMagination does reserve the right to adjust prices on this tour should it become necessary. The published price is guaranteed when paid in full.  We accept cheque/ check payments, and credit card payments. Please note that payments made using credit cards will be charged a 3% fee.
