TourMagination and MEDA (Mennonite Economic Development Associates) have teamed together to plan this 14-day tour to visit MEDA projects in Paraguay and Bolivia as well as attending the 15th Global Assembly of Mennonite World Conference in Asuncion, Paraguay. Allan Sauder, President of MEDA, whose work experiences and travel have taken him to over 60 countries, and another MEDA staff person will lead you on this journey. See how MEDA’s legacy of economic development has impacted generations of families. See how MEDA’s vision for partnerships with local groups and businesses is beginning to impact new generations. Sunday & Monday, July 12 & 13 The group will gather in Miami on Sunday for a late evening departure for Asuncion, Paraguay. After a connection in Sao Paulo, Brazil, we will arrive in Asuncion by early afternoon. We will have time to relax after being transferred to the hotel where we will be lodged during the Mennonite World Conference assembly. ![]() MWC site under construction This morning we have a chance to explore the city that will be our home this week on a tour with an English-speaking guide.
