As a Christian tour company, TourMagination’s founding principle is to build bridges among Mennonites and other
Christians around the world through escorted tours and custom-designed
travel. To achieve that goal, we design Christian tours that allow our
tour members to travel, meet Mennonites and other Christians, worship
with them, and explore new countries.

TourMagination has made travel ministry the foundation of its mission
since 1970, begun initially to share the Mennonite story in Europe. We have taken tours to more than 50 countries in every continent. We integrate faith into all aspects of our tours;
through meetings, worship, shared meals, historical venues,
introductions to local culture, and opportunities to learn about the
volunteer and mission work that form our hosts' cultures.
Whether you wish to explore your Anabaptist heritage in Europe or the
origins of Christianity in the Lands of the Bible, our experienced tour

Each of our tour leaders is chosen for their expertise in their field
and their ability to bring history and culture alive. Our tours are
designed to assist in developing a deeper appreciation for the
scriptures and our spiritual heritage, while sightseeing and exploring
the usual attractions.

time and conversation, we are supporting them in their faith journey
while strengthening our own. We heard time and again, during Mennonite
World Conference in 2003, how the
Africans appreciated that we came to worship with them, to experience God’s joy in the midst of
their suffering, and how we from North America also received from
them. Travelers with TourMagination are special in how they choose to
interact with the world. Jesus’ words in the Sermon on the Mount call
us to be light and give glory to our father in heaven. We are more
than tourists; we are pilgrims. On a pilgrimage we take the spirit of
inquiry. We try to listen more than to speak in order to learn and
absorb the sights, sounds and culture.
